Payment information — provider subscriptions are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store full card details.

4. OTP & communications

We send one-time passwords and transactional messages (such as payment or subscription updates) to your registered phone number. These are required to use the service.

5. Location data

Location is used only to power nearby search and provider service areas. You can control location access through your device or browser settings; disabling it may limit certain features.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
